Tamera Merrill is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker (License #204520) and the founder of Luxe Fine Properties, her own boutique brokerage based in Waxhaw and serving the Charlotte metro and surrounding Carolinas. Her own published record is 800 properties sold and more than $650 million in closed volume across more than twenty years.
She came to real estate from commercial design and project management. She holds a master’s degree in interior architecture, has taught interior design in Washington, DC and Charlotte, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. That background shows up in how a listing gets prepared, staged and presented, and in how she reads a house with a buyer.
Her work spans first time buyers through luxury, private and gated communities, equestrian properties, golf and tennis communities, probate sales and relocation. Her busiest markets by transaction count are Monroe, Waxhaw and Charlotte, with regular closings in Indian Trail, Belmont, Mineral Springs and across the line in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
