Tamera Merrill is a licensed North Carolina broker and the founder of Luxe Fine Properties, a boutique brokerage serving the Charlotte metro and the surrounding Carolinas. She holds a master’s degree in interior architecture and taught interior design before real estate, and she is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Her own published record is 800 properties sold and more than $650 million closed.
